Return Policy
US Customers:
You have 10 days to request a return, the 10 days will begin when you receive your package.
Non-US Customers:
You have 14 days to request a return, the 14 days will begin when you receive your package.
How to make a return:
Making a return request:
- When making a return request, please email us at 1004apparel@gmail.com for a request to return and the reason for the request.
- The request must be made within the 10 days.
- Once we receive the request we will send a return form. Please fill it out and place it in the return package.
- The items must be sent with in 7 days of the request.
- The clothes and items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- If the reason for the return is damages, please insert a picture of the damaged area of the item and attach it on to the email. We will make a separate note of this.
- We do not provide the return label nor do we provide the return fee.
Return Authorization:
- Once the items are received it will take 1-3 business days for the return process to begin.
- Each item and return form will be inspected.
- If the items qualify for a refund, the process will take a standard of 10 business days (this is Shopify's standard time for issuing returns).
Non-refundable:
Refunds will not be given if the items have been worn, used, washed, or damaged.
FINAL SALE items will not qualify for a refund.
Jewelry (due to hygienic reasons) will not qualify for a refund.
Items that are specifically marked will not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions:
If item received is damaged, returns and refunds may qualify.
Incorrect Returns:
Items that are returned incorrectly will not qualify for a return.
Excessive Returns:
1004 Apparel reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts of excessive returns, return fraud, and or wardrobing.
